No matter how various methods may be tried, for preventing contracture of flexor and extensor surface and padding the recipient bed which had been healed with split thickness skin graft or naturally, the results were not so acceptable unfortunately Of this procedure, preoperative beating and composite grafts of skin and fat is so unpopular that we can not use easily.
